These terms explain what you can expect from us and what we expect from you. Please read them before you use Vidizzy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
By opening Vidizzy, creating an account or starting a chat, you agree to these terms, our community guidelines and our privacy policy. They form one agreement between you and Vidizzy ("we", "us").
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if higher, and legally able to enter into a contract. You must not use Vidizzy if you have been banned from it, or if using it is against the law where you are. If we learn that someone under 18 is using the service, we will remove the account.
Some features need you to sign in. Give accurate information, keep your login private and tell us at once if you think someone else has used it. You are responsible for activity on your account. You may need to allow camera and microphone access in your browser to use live video or audio.
Vidizzy connects you with other users for live conversation. We do not choose who you are matched with, and we cannot promise that any particular person will be online or that any conversation will go well. Features may change, be paused or be withdrawn as the service develops.
Vidizzy is free to start. We give a limited number of free matches each day. Longer or premium conversations and some features use coins, which you can buy. The coin price or rate for an action is shown before you confirm it. Payments are handled by third-party payment providers, and extra taxes or fees from them may apply.
Coins have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money, except where the law says otherwise. Unless the law requires it, purchased coins that have been used are not refundable. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us with the date, amount and your payment reference, and we will look into it.
You are responsible for what you say and show. You keep the rights in what you create, and you give us a limited permission to transmit and process it as needed to run the service. Other users are responsible for what they say and show; we do not endorse it and cannot vouch for any user. Be careful what you share, and basic video chat safety tips apply here too.
You can stop using Vidizzy at any time. We may warn, restrict, suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or the guidelines, or that puts others at risk, with or without notice where safety requires it. To ask us to delete your data, follow the steps in the privacy policy.
Vidizzy is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, the behaviour of other users, or the accuracy of anything they say. Video chat with strangers carries inherent risks, and you use the service at your own risk.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss caused by other users' conduct. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we make an important change we will update the date at the top of this page. If you keep using Vidizzy after a change, you accept the updated terms.
